To begin with StripChat supports different billings, such as Paymentico, Epoch, Segpay, CentroBill, Webbiling. Moreover, Stripchat has a separate support, specially for Billings. Therefore, if you have any questions or problems regarding billings, you can contact StripChat Billing Support.
StripChat Paymentico Billing
If you are a Paymentico Member and you wish to contact them, you can do that by visiting the Paymentico In addition, you can call on these 2 phone numbers: 1-855-877-7020 (USA/Canada Toll Free) and +441344586020 (UK/International). In case, you want to cancel your membership you need to send an email to Paymentico, to [email protected], stating your problem and providing them with your details, such as your Transaction Number or your Username or First 6 and Last 4 numbers of the Credit Card you used in order to purchase tokens.
Stripchat Epoch Billing
If you want to contact Epoch Billing, you may do that by their email: [email protected]. Also you can call on these 2 phone numbers: +1 800 893 8871 (Toll Free) and +1 310 664 5810 (Worldwide). If you want to cancel your membership, you have to go to Epoch billing and then you will need to fill any 2 out of 4 fields, such as your Member ID, Email, Username or Card Number, in order to find your account and cancel your membership.
StirpChat SegPay Billing
If you used SegPay for the purpose of buying tokens and you want to contact them, You are able to do that by SegPay email: [email protected] or you can call on these phone numbers: +1-954-414-1610 and 1-888-376-0948. If you decided to cancel your membership, then you you will need to visit segpay and enter at least 2 out of 3 fields like Credit card, Purchase ID, Email Address.
StripChat CentroBill Billing
If you are a CentroBill member, then you can contact CentroBill by their email: [email protected] or you can call on CentroBill Support phone number: +1-877-778-8382. In case you want to cancel your membership, you will have to go the CentroBill Customer self service where you just need to click on the “Cancel Membership” button and then enter the email you used to purchase your order.
StripChat Webbiling Billing
If you want to contact Webbiling, you may do that by their Support Email: [email protected]. Therefore, if you wish to stop your membership, you need to send an email, stating the reason for writing and providing them with your details, like your Member ID and your Email address.
